The short version

This website has no accounts, no forms and no advertising. We only measure how the site is used with an EU-hosted analytics tool, and we never sell personal data.

Who Is Responsible

The website trustaiagency.com is published by Trust AI Agency, an AI automation agency based in France and founded by Alexandre Mili. For any question about this policy, contact us through the contact page.

What We Collect

Usage analytics. We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union (eu.i.posthog.com), to understand which pages are visited and how visitors reach the site. It records page views, the referring page, and technical data such as browser, device type and approximate location derived from the IP address. Anonymous visitors are not turned into identified user profiles. Analytics may use cookies or the local storage of your browser.

Language preference. If you dismiss the language suggestion banner, a small value is stored in your browser (local storage) so the banner does not show again. It never leaves your device.

Server logs. Our web host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) for security and operation.

What We Do Not Do

We do not run advertising, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not collect data through forms because the site has none. We do not use the analytics data to make automated decisions about you.

Third-Party Services

When you click "Book a call", you leave this site for Calendly, which processes the information you enter under its own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn work the same way. We do not control what those services collect once you are on their pages.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to its processing, and ask for its restriction. Contact us through the contact page and we will answer. You can also block cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the tools we use change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
